emsPrize 2003

The emsPrize is a competition in text-sound composition. This is a genre that originated in Sweden more than thirty years ago and has by now been disseminated throughout the world. We think there is good reason to focus on this electroacoustic hybrid form and to emphatically uphold the artistic possibilities inherent in it.
The jury will consist of three persons. The winner/s will be announced and the work/s performed in November 2003.
Deadline for contributions is set to the 15th of October 2003.
